If you want to cancel or change your order for any reason, let us know, please. We will immediately accept your request for termination or change as it was submitted prior to delivery of the product or preparation time. For this reason, you need to notify us at least 24 hours before the order is canceled or changed. In this case the customer receives a refund of 90%. The order cannot be canceled and the customer does not receive a refund if the coffee or energetic drink is already delivered.
Settlement of Disputes and Applicable Legislation
Disputes arising out of these conditions are resolved through negotiations. In case of non-agreement, disputes shall be subject to settlement in the courts of general jurisdiction of the Republic of Armenia as prescribed by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia. Data on sales and transactional sales orders (s) stored in the Vendor’s computer systems will be considered as evidence in case of conflicts arising between the parties.
